Inhale for four. Hold for two. Exhale for six. Repeat three times. Use it in a doorway, a parked car, or before you pick the phone back up.
Tai chi is slow, weighted movement and attention. Start with ten minutes of a beginner form. Keep the knees soft, the breath quiet, and the eyes on one point in the room.
